What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coach and develop a team of Learning & Development trainers, supporting their capability growth.
n
Partner with the Induction Delivery Lead on team operations, reporting and day to day administration.
n
Design, develop,



deliver and evaluate high impact L&D; solutions that align with business objectives, A&G; values and the specific needs of current hires.
n
Consult with business leaders, HR partners and Subject Matter Experts to identify and prioritise capability gaps.
n
Ensure all training documentation meets relevant industry legislation and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards where vocational outcomes are required.
n
Research, recommend and embed modern, best practice learning techniques, tools and strategies.
n
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, proposing creative solutions to enhance policies, processes and learning assets.
n
Deliver train the trainer sessions for new content and for the professional development of fellow trainers.
n
Build and sustain relationships with internal and external training professionals to share best practice.
n
Engage learners, understand their challenges and provide the support they need to succeed.
n
Conduct regular one on one check ins with the broader team and maintain stakeholder relationships.
n
Collate survey statistics and other reporting data into clear, actionable spreadsheets for senior leadership.

What Experience You'll Bring
n
n
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Learning & Development or trainer role, with hands on facilitation of programmes and delivery of engaging learning experiences.
n
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
n




Demonstrated experience coaching or leading others in a learning environment.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultation skills; ability to build effective relationships and uncover learning needs.
n
Outstanding written and verbal communication – you can articulate concepts clearly and collaborate across teams.
n
Proven ability to manage your own workload, set priorities and adapt to changing demands.
n
A proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
