A Day in the Life May Include

Finance Administration
Processing Section 603 Certificates
Assisting with Accounts Payable invoice processing
Supporting Accounts Receivable administration and credit note requests
Processing returned mail and mail redirections

Customer Service
Responding to Rates and Accounts Receivable enquiries via phone and face-to-face
Providing professional customer service to members of the public
Assisting customers with general finance-related enquiries

Administration & Office Support
Processing Notices of Sale




Assisting with change of address requests
Processing direct debit applications
Supporting pensioner rebate applications
Providing general administrative support to the Finance Team
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
