In This Role You Will

Partner with transformation leaders to embed risk‐informed decision‐making across major change programs
n
Guide the safe, sustainable delivery of transformation initiatives through proactive risk management
n
Shape effective controls for new processes, technologies, operating models and AI‐enabled solutions
n
Lead AI risk governance to support responsible innovation aligned with regulatory and risk appetite requirements
n
Provide clear risk insights and assurance that enable confident leadership and governance decisions
n




Influence stakeholders across the business to balance delivery outcomes with strong risk discipline
n

Qualifications
n

Experience in operational risk management, ideally within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment
n
Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes across business, risk and technology teams
n
Sound risk judgement to support complex transformation and change initiatives in a practical, solutions-focused way
n
Strong communication skills, translating complex risk and technical information into clear insights for different audiences
n
Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
n
Ability to thrive in a rapid‐paced environment, balancing risk discipline with agility, collaboration and commercial pragmatism
