Job Description
Newcastle Anglican are seeking a Senior Care Assistant or Enrolled Nurse to join their team at Mirrabooka Place - Gloucester NSW.. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.

Role & Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead and mentor a care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Residential Care Manager
n
Administer medication under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse
n
Contribute to the clinical care of consumers including maintenance of clinical records.
n
n
About you?
n
n
Diploma in Nursing or Certificate IV in Aged Care
n
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
n
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
n
Effective written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
n
n
