Your Role

As a valued member of the clinical team, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to aged care residents while contributing to a positive and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities include:




Providing daily clinical and emotional support to residents
Administering medications and managing care plans
Supervising and mentoring care staff
Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical needs
Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Working collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Need
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous Aged Care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A compassionate and resident‑focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
