What You'll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
Processing customer orders, quotes and enquiries
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
Following up quotes and assisting customers with product information
Managing invoices, payments and account enquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
Working closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and support sales growth





What You'll Bring
Previous customer service experience
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
