Casual Cleaner | Residential, NDIS, Bond & Construction Cleaning

Mums That Scrub is growing, and we're looking for some more cleaning superstars!
n
We're looking for reliable, detail-focused Casual Cleaning Employees to join our growing team across North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.
n
This is a casual employee position / not subcontracting
n
You'll be paid:
n
$***** per hour + 12% superannuation
n
PLUS your travel time between scheduled jobs is paid.
n
Applicable penalty rates, overtime and allowances are paid in accordance with the relevant Award where required.
n
We have consistent hours available, with work predominantly scheduled Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
n
Our team works on a rotating roster, so we're looking for people who can offer flexibility with their availability. Your scheduled days, locations and types of cleans may vary from week to week.
n
And this isn't just residential cleaning!
n
Our team works across a variety of services, including regular residential cleaning, NDIS & DVA cleans, bond cleans, deep cleans,
construction/builders
cleans and post-renovation cleaning.
n
No two days are necessarily the same.
n
You'll work both independently and alongside other members of our team, travelling between scheduled jobs and representing Mums That Scrub in our clients' homes and across a variety of work environments.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Regular residential cleaning
n
NDIS and DVA client cleans
n
Deep and detailed cleans
n
Bond and end-of-lease cleans
n
Construction and builders cleans
n
Post-construction and post-renovation cleans
n
Final presentation cleans
n
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
n
Dusting, vacuuming and mopping




n
Making beds and light housekeeping where required
n
Removing construction dust, debris and residue
n
Following individual client and job requirements
n
Completing job notes and required photos through ServiceM8
n
Travelling between scheduled client jobs
n
Maintaining the high level of detail our clients know us for
n

What we're looking for

We're not necessarily looking for someone who has been cleaning professionally for years.
n
We're looking for the right person.

Is reliable and punctual
n
Has an eye for the little details
n
Takes genuine pride in their work
n
Has a solid work ethic
n
Is comfortable working independently and within a team
n
Communicates well
n
Is willing to learn and take feedback onboard
n
Is respectful and professional in our clients' homes
n
Is comfortable working across different cleaning environments
n
Is physically capable of performing the inherent requirements of cleaning work, with reasonable adjustments where required
n
Genuinely cares about leaving a job knowing it has been done properly
n
n
Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.
n
Initial training and ongoing support are provided.
n
What you'll need

Current Australian driver's licence
n
Reliable and roadworthy vehicle

Smartphone
n
Right to work in Australia
n
Minimum availability of 3 weekdays per week
n
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
n
Ability and willingness to travel between scheduled jobs across our service areas
n
Willingness to complete any additional checks required for particular client services
n

Pay & employment conditions
n
This position is offered as casual employment.
n
$***** per hour + 12% superannuation
n
Your travel time between scheduled workplaces is paid.
n
For example, if you finish one client's clean and it takes 20 minutes to travel to your next scheduled client, that travel time is paid working time.
n
Where you use your own vehicle for work-related travel between workplaces, applicable Award vehicle/travel entitlements will also apply where required.
n
Applicable overtime, weekend, public holiday, shift and other penalty rates or allowances will be paid where required under the relevant Award.
