Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join the team. This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne company. As Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day plumbing operations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget and timeframes.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification
n
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
n
Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and timelines
n
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
n
Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during projects
n
Provide training and guidance to junior plumbers to develop their skills
n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of plumbing processes and procedures
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Extensive experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
n




In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes and safety regulations
n
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
n
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and team members
n
Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
n
Relevant trade qualifications and licences
n
