Business Development Representative (BDR)
Working closely with the State Manager, you'll identify prospective clients, build relationships and develop a strong pipeline of commercial relocation opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn
Engage businesses, government departments, education and healthcare organisations, property managers and facilities teams
Research upcoming projects and connect with decision-makers
Book qualified meetings and follow up proposals and quotations
Identify cross-selling opportunities across storage, logistics, installations and project management
Monitor tender portals and support tender submissions
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
About you
Experience in business development, sales or account management
Confident making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers




Solid communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence
