We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our growing team. This is a hands‐on role within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment where safety, teamwork and efficiency are highly valued.
n
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
n
This is a hands‐on role within a busy manufacturing environment with most duties performed outdoors within our yard and dispatch areas.
n
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement, storage and dispatch of products while maintaining a clean and organised warehouse. The successful applicant must also be comfortable working in vary weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Loading and unloading trucks safely.
n
Operating forklifts in accordance with company procedures.
n
Loading and preparing large haulage loads for transport, ensuring products are secured and handled safely
n
Prepare products for dispatch, including staging and checking correct products
n
Picking,



packing and preparing customer orders
n
Receiving and checking incoming goods.
n
Stock control and inventory management.
n
General warehouse housekeeping.
n
Assisting with production and warehouse operations as required.
n
Following all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
n
Working collaboratively within a team to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
n
Previous warehouse experience.
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
n
Reliable with a positive attitude.
n
Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
Experience within a manufacturing environment.
n
Previous experience working as warehouse Store Person
n
Experience handling large bulky or oversized products.
n
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
Overhead gantry crane experience (training can be provided).
n
