Days/hours
This program is a 24/7 program with a variety of shiftsavailable throughout the week. Please indicate your availability in your application. Currently available shifts include:
Sundays fortnightly 7am-3pm
Tuesdays weekly 7am-3pm
Tuesdays fortnightly 7pm-11pm + sleepover 11pm-7am
Fridays weekly 3pm-11pm
About role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Wentworthville area to support a 46-year-old female to live independently within her own home after sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury in early ****.
Domestic assistance
Personal care assistance - Showering, toileting,



grooming and dressing.
Medication prompting where required
Preparing meals
Reporting and documentation
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
