We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead an established and expanding early education service in Karalee. This is a unique well-supported opportunity within the Canopy Early Education group committed to delivering robust outcomes across child safety, quality, team engagement, and performance.

About the Role

Lead and champion a gold-standard family and staff experience and build the reputation as two centres merge into one campus
n
Lead the overall operations, program delivery, performance, and impact of the campus
n
Drive quality improvement and Assessment & Rating readiness
n
Manage occupancy, enrolments, and financial performance
n
Build reputation and strong relationships with families and the local community
n
Lead, coach and develop a team of educators and leaders
n
Ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQS
n
Embed and champion a strong Child Safe Framework across all practices
n
n
Child Safety & Safeguarding
n
n
Lead and promote a child safe culture where children's voices are heard and respected
n




Ensure the service aligns with the Child Safe Standards and relevant state legislation
n
Oversee robust risk management, supervision, and safe environments
n
Ensure all staff understand and meet their mandatory reporting obligations
n
Embed safeguarding practices into daily operations, decision-making, and team behaviours
n

About You
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
n
At least three years' experience as a Centre Manager
n
Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, National Law & Regulations
n
Demonstrated experience embedding child safe practices and safeguarding frameworks
n
Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive performance outcomes
n
Experience managing occupancy, budgets, and KPIs
n
A leadership style that is supportive, collaborative, accountable, and outcomes-focused
n
