Uniting AgeWell is seeking Home Care Workers to support ageing clients in their own homes across Victoria, with a focus on independence and dignity. Roles are part time, minimum 20 hours per fortnight, daytime weekday availability required, and services cover Cranbourne to Hallam and surrounding communities.
