Workplace Relations, Lawyer – Associate (2‐4 PQE)

Join a well‐respected National Workplace Relations team known for advising on complex matters with national and international clients. You will support clients across a range of sectors including health and aged care, professional services, property and construction, financial services, hospitality, retail, technology and government.

Responsibilities

Post‐employment restraints, unfair or unlawful dismissal, industrial disputes, compliance with workplace laws.
n
Organisational change strategy and management.
n
Sexual harassment and bullying.
n
Workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations.

About You

Employment, Workplace and Industrial Relations Law experience gained in a reputable private practice environment.
n
Strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.
n
Passionate about client service and enjoys the client‐facing side of the role.
