About the Chance

We are a fast-growing company specialising in premium window furnishings and outdoor living solutions. With strong market demand and qualified appointments provided, we are expanding our high-performing sales team.

This is a consultative, in-home sales role suited to confident professionals who take ownership of their results and enjoy working autonomously.
n
You will meet clients in their homes, understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and guide them confidently through the purchasing decision.
n
The Role
n
As a Senior Design Consultant, you will:
n
n
Attend qualified in-home appointments
n
Conduct professional measure and design consultations
n
Present customised product solutions
n
Manage objections with confidence
n
Close sales and achieve strong conversion rates
n
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
n
n
This is not a retail or showroom-based role. Success in this position comes from strong interpersonal skills, structured sales processes, and the ability to build trust quickly in a customer's home. This role is autonomous. You manage your pipeline,



your follow-ups and your results.

About You
n
You are driven, professional, and commercially minded. You enjoy performance-based earnings and understand that results come from preparation, confidence, and consistency. You are motivated by commission not comfort.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Proven success in B2C or in-home sales
n
Strong negotiation and closing skills
n
Excellent communication and presentation ability
n
A current Driver's Licence
n
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office & G-Suite)
n
Availability Tuesday to Saturday
n
n
Experience in blinds, shutters, awnings, outdoor blinds, or home improvement sales is highly regarded, though strong performers from other high-ticket sales industries will be considered.
n
What We Offer

On-Target Earnings between $90,000 – $130,000+ (base + uncapped commission)
