We are seeking Expressions of Interest from exceptional educational leaders for the inaugural Head of Campus position at our new Victorian campus, scheduled to open in January ****.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, identity and educational excellence of a new campus while being supported by the established leadership, governance and mission of an existing Christian school.

The Opportunity
n
As the Foundation Head of Campus, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. Working closely with the Executive Principal and leadership team, you will lead the campus through its establishment phase, including:

Developing a vibrant Christ-centred learning community
n
Recruiting, mentoring and inspiring high-quality staff
n
Building strong partnerships with families, churches and the wider community
n
Establishing a culture of academic excellence, wellbeing and servant leadership
n
Leading student growth, enrolments and community engagement
n
Ensuring operational readiness for the campus opening and ongoing succes
n
n

Eligibility for teacher registration in Victoria (or the ability to obtain registration).
