About the Role

Design and deliver leadership development programs that build capability across the organisation
n
Lead Regis' annual engagement survey and employee listening initiatives
n
Analyse people insights and engagement data to drive meaningful action
n
Facilitate workshops, coaching and leadership development experiences
n
Partner with leaders to strengthen culture,



engagement and performance
n
Manage strategic projects that support our people and business objectives
n

What You'll Bring
n

Experience in leadership development, organisational culture or employee engagement
n
Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into action
n
Demonstrated project management experience in complex environments
n
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business or similar
n
