ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a qualified electrician to support our service rig operations in Queensland as a Rig Mechanic. The position will be based out of Toowoomba, with the requirement to regularly work on rigs in the field.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. As a new company, we have built an unpretentious, down to earth team that values practicality and friendliness. Job Description

Construction and commissioning of new, state-of-the-art, automated well service rig packages.
n




Assist in control system design and specification of components.
n
Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on existing equipment at various field locations.
n
Provide remote support to field technicians and rig crew members.
n

Requirements
n
n
C class licence mandatory, Heavy vehicle licence preferred.
n
Right to live and work in Australia
n
n
Preferred Skills and Experience
n
n
PLC and electrohydraulic control systems
n
Hazardous area protection methods
n
Generators and power distribution boards
n
Lighting, receptacles, and earthing
n
Well service, drilling, or other automated mobile equipment (preferred)
