Front Desk Co Ordinator or Senior Receptionist Opportunity

CP Dental Emerald is a contemporary, purpose-built dental practice located at 3 Egerton Street, right in the heart of Emerald. With several fully equipped treatment rooms and a warm, community-focused team, we provide general and specialised dental care to patients across Emerald and the surrounding region. What You'll Be Doing
Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
Answering phone and email enquiries
Processing payments, including EFTPOS and HICAPS health fund claims
Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems
Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running on schedule
Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
Managing daily account reconciliation and banking
Assisting with staff rosters and scheduling




Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (dental or medical experience highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computer-based booking and administration systems
Experience with account reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
Prior exposure to staff rostering and/or recruitment processes is an advantage
A friendly, calm, and professional manner, even during busy periods
Ability to work well within a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and personable
