About the Role Reporting to the Head of People Culture, you will partner closely with senior leaders, providing commercially focused advice across the full people agenda.
You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, workforce planning, talent and succession, culture and performance, while also supporting organisational change and complex employee relations matters.
A key part of the role will be helping leaders navigate change, build high-performing teams and make informed people decisions, supported by meaningful workforce data and insights.
This is both a strategic and hands-on partnering role with plenty of scope to make an impact.




About You You will be an experienced P C Business Partner who is confident operating with senior stakeholders and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with practical people solutions.
