About You
n
You are a seasoned financial services lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience, bringing a strong track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations.
n
Your Experience & Expertise
n
n
Experience working in a compliance, risk, legal, regulatory or governance function
n
Experience supporting, maintaining or enhancing a compliance program across a business
n
Experience providing general compliance support for breach assessment or breach investigation work
n
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, controls and governance processesli>
n
Experience helping to embed compliance requirements into business processes and ways of working
n
n
Your Skills & Attributes
n
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence providing SME support to business teams
n
Practical mindset, with a focus on embedding compliance into business operations
n




Strong compliance judgement and the ability to apply regulatory obligations in a practical context
n
n
Requirements

Current Australian practising certificate
