We have an exciting prospect for an experienced Casual Breakfast Chef to join the team at Howlong Golf Resort in Howlong, NSW. This role will see you working as part of a dynamic kitchen team, preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests in a vibrant and quick-paced hospitality workplace.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Preparing a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes to our consistently high standards
n
Ensuring all food preparation and presentation meets our quality and safety requirements
n
Assisting with the preparation and cooking of all meals for breakfast, and occasional lunch and dinner service
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment
n
Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role within the hospitality industry
n
Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience in hospitality is required
n
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Positive attitude,
excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
n
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, primarily Friday-Sunday
n
Food handlers/food safety certification advantageous
n
Cert III in Commercial Cookery preferred but not essential
n
Australian work rights required or sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates
n
