The Role Monitor foot traffic and deter theft or suspicious behaviour Support retail staff during difficult customer interactions Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence in-store Respond to incidents such as shoplifting, disturbances, or medical situations Operate surveillance, alarm, and access control systems Liaise with centre management and emergency services where necessary Complete accurate daily shift and incident reports Ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal requirements Roster and timing: Monday to Saturday 17:*******:00 (5-10 PM) What We're Looking For Current Security Licence Current First Aid Certificate
