What's On Offer Real Entry-Level Safety Role – Learn on the job Long term, full time contract Afternoon Shift: 2PM – 10PM (Monday to Friday) 65% Workshop / 35% Admin – Not a desk job Support from an experienced WHS Officer Future training and qualifications supported You'll be joining a WA industrial contractor with a strong reputation in fabrication, shutdown and fixed plant services — a practical, boots-on-the-ground environment where safety matters.
The Role – What You'll Actually Be Doing This role is about being present in the workshop — not hiding in an office.




You'll act as the "eyes and ears" of safety on afternoon shift across a team of around ***** workshop personnel.
You'll be: Doing breathalyser testing Checking PPE compliance Walking the floor and spotting hazards Observing forklift and workshop safety Helping deliver site inductions Sitting in on toolbox talks Supporting refresher training Assisting with safety paperwork and procedures This is ideal for someone: Looking for a long-term career move into Health Safety Confident and comfortable talking to trades and workshop crews Not afraid to speak up when something isn't right Keen to build a future in WHS Practical, proactive and willing to "have a crack" Comfortable in a fabrication / industrial environment If you would like to discuss the role further, please click APPLY and send through an up-to date CV.
