Job Title: Machine Operator – Thermoforming Location: Laverton North, VIC Employment Type: Casual ongoing work Pay Rate: $45-$49 per hour About Us: Our client is looking a manufacturing company located in Laverton North, who specialise in high-quality blow moulded products.
With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, we are looking for skilled Thermoforming operator to join our production team on both Day Shift Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, thermoforming machines Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Record production data and report any issues to supervisors Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Requirements:
Proven experience operating thermoforming machinery in a plastics environment Valid LF (Forklift) licence highly preferred Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production plans Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanically minded and can use hand tools.
Can change over moulds and make adjustments.
Can fill out reports relating to quality control.
