They are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Sales Consultant to join their Sydney team.
What you'll be doing: Helping customers face-to-face in store, over the phone and via email Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products Assisting with product fittings and general enquiries Providing a high level of customer service Supporting the wider team across customer service and sales Building your product knowledge through ongoing training What we're looking for: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers A friendly,
