We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Owner, this is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about food and committed to maintaining high kitchen standards Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Hong Kong-style and Asian dishes to a consistently high standard Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards Maintain food quality, freshness and consistency Manage kitchen preparation and service efficiently Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising food wastage Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team Train and support junior kitchen staff when required Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment Contribute ideas for menu development and improvement About You We are looking for someone who:
