As the
Inventory Coordinator – My Touring
, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, analysing, and optimising contracted inventory across a diverse touring portfolio.
Working closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, you'll provide visibility into inventory performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive smarter business decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical professional who thrives on data, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, ensuring inventory records remain accurate across all systems and reporting platforms
Monitor inventory commitments, utilisation, release deadlines, and inventory exposure, identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with Product Managers
Consolidate inventory and sales data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely performance reporting
Prepare and distribute regular reporting on inventory utilisation, sales performance, passenger loads, forecast position, budget performance, and year-on-year trends
Analyse booking patterns, sales trends, and inventory performance to provide commercial insights and recommendations that support decision-making
Forecast inventory requirements using historical performance, seasonality, and current sales trends to support inventory planning and revenue optimisation
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to provide inventory visibility, performance insights, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, automation, business intelligence tools, and data governance practices, while contributing to a safe, inclusive,



and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Who you are:
Previous experience in travel, tourism, inventory management, commercial analysis, or a related operational role
Strong analytical capability with experience working with large and complex datasets
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis
Proven ability to interpret commercial performance data and identify trends and opportunities
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
Experience forecasting, analysing performance trends, and supporting commercial decision-making is highly regarded
