What will you do?
Lead from the front.
Coach and mentor your team to deliver next level service, every shift.
Get behind the bar.
Show the crew how it's done, Varsity managers work alongside their teams, not above them.
Own the vibe.
Build a fun first culture that guests can feel the second they walk in.
Own the budget.




Manage and hit your venue's budget revenue and EBITDA targets, labour spend and COGs all sit on your desk, not just your radar.
Turn numbers into decisions.
Track performance against budget week to week, and adjust rosters, ordering and promotions to protect the margin.
Fly the flag.
Be the loudest, proudest ambassador for the brand, venue presentation on point, guests coming back for more.
