Machine Operators + Forklift (Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts Available)
Talent Focus Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Dandenong. This is an excellent chance to secure ongoing work with a well-established business that offers a supportive team setting and multiple shift options.
About the Role
Working in a fast-paced food production environment, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
Set up, adjust and troubleshoot production equipment
Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Maintain a clean and hygienic work setting
Follow GMP, food safety and OH&S; procedures
Assist with production line changeovers
Manual handling and general production duties as required
Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products when required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in machine operating or food production
Current Forklift Licence (LF) - essential
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Full Australian working rights
Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality procedures
Ability to work day, afternoon or night shifts
Reliable with a strong work ethic
