We're partnering with a global technology leader seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) sector.

n

This is a highly commercial role where you'll work closely with Enterprise Sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, strengthen customer engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives.
n
Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives across key enterprise Financial Services accounts.
n
Partner closely with Sales to identify priority opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
n
Deliver integrated campaigns, customer events, executive engagement programs and partner activations.
n
Use customer, market and industry insights to shape targeted go-to-market strategies.
n
Track,



measure and optimise marketing performance to maximise ROI.
n
Drive innovation through current marketing approaches, technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
n

About You

n

n
7+ years experience in Enterprise B2B Marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS or software.
n
Strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience.
n
Proven ability to build and execute successful demand generation and pipeline-focused marketing programs.
n
Experience partnering closely with Enterprise Sales teams and senior stakeholders.
n
Strong commercial acumen, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, matrixed environment.
n
