Job Description
Bupa's Wagga Health Centre at RAAF Base Wagga seeks a Nurse Coordinator to provide clinical and qualified leadership within the Health Centre, supporting deployment readiness and staff development.
You will supervise ward nursing and Defence Force staff to ensure high standards of care.
You will lead roster coordination, supervise staff, facilitate education, and oversee incident reviews, driving quality improvement in a dynamic Defence healthcare setting.
