Job Description
The Lead, Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement at St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria (SVDPV) is responsible for leading and coordinating volunteer attraction, recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities across the organisation, including VincentCare and VincentCare Community Housing.
Working closely with leaders, managers and volunteer teams, the role ensures programs are effective, compliant and aligned to operational needs.
