The Supervisor will work closely with the Project Managers and site teams to coordinate daily activities, monitor productivity and maintain high standards across saftey, quality and performance.
This is a hands-on site based role where you will be leading crews, managing plant and resources and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
Lead site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction on daily tasks and priorities
Plan and sequence works to meet construction programs and productivity targets
Manage plant, equipment and materials to support efficient delivery
Monitor progress, track production and report outcomes to Project Managers
Ensure site safety, quality and environmental requirements are implemented and maintained
Conduct daily pre-starts and toolbox talks as required
Manage site documentation including dockets, pre-starts and SWMS
Identify and resolve site issues promptly, escalating where required
Promote a positive, safety focused and respectful site culture

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in civil construction, in a supervisory role
Previous experience working on local council/TfNSW projects
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and site documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate commitment to safe work practices and leading by example
Proven ability to lead crews and manage plant and resources on site
Willingness and ability to travel and work on regional projects
Construction Induction Card (White Card) - essential
Relevant plant tickets and competency verification (highly regarded)
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Projects are located across Greater Sydney, Central Coast and South Coast, so there will be some travel involved from time to time.
