Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Content Designers holding a current NV2 or TSPV security clearance.

About the Role:
n
As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality content is developed across teams and aligns with organisational objectives while meeting the needs of users.
n
Working closely with technical experts and stakeholders, you will create and publish engaging content across multiple channels and formats.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Liaise with stakeholders throughout all phases of content development, including research, scoping, consultation, review and publishing.
n
Conduct research to develop technically accurate mitigation advice suitable for intended audiences.
n
Create, edit and publish content across a range of channels, including:n
n
Technical publications
n
Web content
n
Social media content
n
eLearning materials
n
Interactive tools and resources
n
n
Support content promotion activities, campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
n
Ensure content is consistent, accessible, user-focused and aligned with organisational messaging.
n
n
Skills and Experience Essential
n
n
Strong research, technical writing and content editing skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
n
Experience developing and managing content across multiple publishing platforms.
n
Understanding of content governance, accessibility and user-centred design principles.
n
n
