Dive Centre Manly is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Dive Centre Manager to join our leadership team.
n
Located on Sydney's Northern Beaches, we are a leading PADI Dive Centre offering diver training, guided diving, dive travel, equipment servicing and retail sales. Starting in October ****, this full-time position has been created to support our busy summer season, eventually transitioning into the Dive Centre Manager Role.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day operation of the dive centre, customer enquiries, bookings, retail sales and marketing support.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assisting with the daily operation of the dive centre
n
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
Retail and equipment rental sales
n
Inventory organisation and presentation
n
Supporting marketing and social media initiatives
n
Maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence
n
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a PADI Dive Professional
n
Previous experience working in a busy retail environment
n




Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Solid written and spoken English
n
Full and current driver's licence
n
Current Australian working rights
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or higher certification
n
Previous dive centre management experience
n
Experience using Rezdy or similar reservation systems
n
Experience creating social media content and marketing campaigns
n
n
