Couture Menswear is looking for a bubbly, switched-on and highly organised person to join our Sydney team.
This is a varied role combining administration, customer communication and day-to-day showroom operations. You'll work alongside a fun and supportive team in a premium retail environment, with plenty of prospect to learn and grow as our business continues to expand.
What you'll be doing
Processing detailed custom orders and data entry
Communicating with customers via phone and email
Managing enquiries, appointments and order updates
Packing online orders and managing stock and deliveries
Supporting the team with day-to-day showroom/office operations
About you
Bubbly, outgoing and confident
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Quick, switched-on and proactive
A great communicator who enjoys dealing with customers
Polished, well-presented and proud to represent a premium brand
Previous experience in administration and customer service is essential
