About the Role

We have two full time positions available at our Pinkenba facility for a Crane/Machine Operator & Loader. AM Shifts : 5am–1:30pm) . This is a hands-on, production-focused position within our Steel division. You’ll operate overhead cranes and production machinery, contribute to daily output targets, and uphold our high safety and quality standards alongside an experienced team.

Duties
Load and unload trucks; operate overhead crane safely
Pick, pack, and dispatch steel orders accurately
Operate production machinery including shear line, bar cutting, or coil machines
Conduct pre-start checks and adhere to OH&S; procedures




Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets

Skills & Experience
Current forklift licence
Experience operating overhead or gantry cranes - preferred
Sound mechanical aptitude; ability to use handheld power tools
Knowledge of OH&S; standards and safe work practices
Previous experience in steel, metal, or heavy manufacturing — highly regarded
