Job Description
About the Role
n
Royal Freemasons is seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses Grade 3 Team Leaders to join the dedicated team at Centennial Lodge.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care while providing guidance, support, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team.
n
In this role, you will lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care that enhances the wellbeing of our residents.
n
We are looking for Registered Nurse Grade 3 Team Leaders who can commit to a minimum of three shifts per fortnight from the roster below:
n
Week 1

Monday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
n
Monday: 2:45pm - 10:00pm
n
Tuesday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
n
Wednesday: 7:00am - 3:0pm
n
Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
n
Friday: 2:45pm - 10:00pm
n
Saturday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
n
Sunday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
n
Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation.
n
Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards.
n
Collaborate with residents, families, medical practitioners,
and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes.
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
n
Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management.
n
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication.
n

What You'll Bring

Previous leadership experience within aged care or a similar healthcare environment.
n
Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
n
A genuine commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing.
n
Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
n
Sound knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance, and relevant legislation.
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
