Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join the Clarendon Homes team in Norwest/Baulkham Hills.
You will guide customers through the pre-construction journey, provide proactive updates, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience from contract signing to construction.
The role requires 2 years in high-volume customer service, robust problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
