Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Have a passion for leading, mentoring and supporting others

Qualifications
A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
State working-with-children check
Australian working rights
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
VIC Diploma-Level- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
