About the Role
This is a true HR generalist role with an operational focus — no two days are the same!
You'll be the go-to for all things people, working across the full employee lifecycle and partnering with teams.
From onboarding and culture-building to compliance and performance, you'll keep things running smoothly and stylishly.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for HR support across the business
Own and drive key HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records




Support performance and development programs across teams
Assist leaders with employee relations matters in a confident and solutions-focused way
Roll up your sleeves for process improvement and HR system enhancements
Champion culture and engagement initiatives (think wellness, events, and ways-of-working)
Collaborate with global teams to align on people priorities and policies
About You
You're an experienced HR generalist who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
You know your way around HR operations and love creating smooth, scalable processes
You're approachable, organised, and can balance empathy with professionalism
You've worked in a creative or retail/fashion environment (bonus points!)
Experience managing HRIS systems and HR documentation
You're a natural communicator and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
