Skills & Experience – Highly Regarded

Experience operating excavators and plant under 14 tonnes, particularly on general hire or builder‐style works
n
HR Licence
n
Other plant tickets
n
Experience in plumbing or pipelaying excavations
n
Previous experience in a similar role
n

The Role
n
As an Excavator Operator, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Operating excavators, skid steers, tippers and other plant
n
Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
n
Communicating clearly with customers
n
Daily pre-starts and basic machine maintenance
n
Weekly toolbox talks and team meetings
n
Working safely with strong attention to detail
n
Attending training and career development sessions
n
