St Ives Chase Pharmacy is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. In this part-time role, you'll support the Pharmacist and team with day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to positive community health outcomes.

Days Required

Monday 9:30am - 530pm
n Saturday 9am - 2pm

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Provide warm, qualified customer service and process transactions accurately
n
Assist with non-prescription enquiries under pharmacist guidance
n
Support dispensing and stock management, including inventory and stock takes
n




Complete routine administrative and clerical tasks
n
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented pharmacy setting
n

About You

n

n
Previous Pharmacy Assistant or retail/customer service experience preferred
n
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Confident communicator with a genuine interest in healthcare
n
Comfortable with pharmacy software or willing to learn
n
