About the job Trainer & Assessor - Community Services

We are Urgently seeking Trainers and Assessors for CHC52021 - Diploma of Community Services for our Client based in Sydney CBD

A total of15 hours a week, Monday - Wednesday, 3.30 pm 9 pm (with a half-hour unpaid break in between)

Duties include but are not limited to:
Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions
Actively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence

All applicants need to have.

Certificate IV in TAE40116

Currency Documents

Proof of PDs done in the last year

Needs to have at least 2 years post-qualification industry experience
