We stock Australia wide and globally to over thousands of stockists including well known online retailers such as Showpo, Petal & Pup, Runway Scout and Charcoal Clothing.
We are an established label with core company values and a focus on redefining our industry within the wholesale fashion landscape.
All our designs are developed in-house, from concept to production, with new arrivals dropping every Monday.
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney (3-minute walk from Central Station)

About the Role
As our Senior Fashion Designer & Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the creative direction of our ranges while driving excellence across the design and product development team.
You will be responsible for both managing the team and personally designing and developing trend driven, commercially successful collections for our in-house labels.
Your work will balance creativity, leadership, and commercial insight, ensuring the team continues to deliver cohesive, high-performing ranges that strengthen our brand and meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities




Leadership & Team Management
Lead, inspire, and mentor our talented design team to achieve creative and commercial goals
Oversee workload distribution, project timelines, and range milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Conduct regular design reviews, fittings, and feedback sessions to maintain product quality and consistency
Provide guidance on design direction, trend alignment, fabric sourcing, and production problem‐solving
Collaborate closely with management to set seasonal strategies, sales goals, and range frameworks
Support professional growth of team members through feedback, development plans and training
Design & Product Development
Design and develop new styles under one of our in-house labels, from concept through to production
Manage the full product lifecycle from range planning, sampling, fittings, and final approvals
Transform trend forecasts, customer feedback, and sales data into bestselling designs
Oversee fabric and trim selection, print development, and colour palettes
Attend weekly fitting sessions to review and document design changes and provide fit comments
Communicate with our China based production team to ensure fit, quality, and timely delivery
Coordinate and present tailored ranges for key customer meetings and buying appointments




Monitor floor stock and production orders, updating release plans in line with weekly new arrivals
What We're Looking For
A confident leader who thrives on collaboration, motivation, and results
A strong eye for design detail and commercial appeal across categories
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and production processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team effectively
Exceptional communication and relationship‐building skills (both internal and external)
Highly organised, adaptable, and thrives in a quick‐paced wholesale environment
Brings creativity, strategy, and a solutions‐driven mindset to every task
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in fashion design, product development, or buying
Strong understanding of the Australian fashion market (wholesale experience highly regarded)
Proficiency in Adobe Suite
Senior role or team leadership experience preferred
Qualification or degree in fashion design field
Chinese language skills preferred for communication with production team (writing not required)
