About the Role
SMW Drilling Services is seeking Blasthole Drillers to join our operations across multiple NSW regions.
This is an opportunity to work within a high-performing drilling team on established open-cut mining operations.
You will be responsible for operating blast hole drill rigs safely and efficiently, contributing to consistent production outcomes.
Experienced drillers are preferred; however, applicants with transferable drilling experience and the right attitude will be considered.

About You
Essential
Ability to pass an Order 45 NSW Medical (including D&A; screening)
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
Ability to work within a team-focused production environment
Highly Regarded
Previous open-cut blast hole drilling experience
Experience on Reedrill, CAT or Sandvik D50i platforms
Background in blasthole, exploration, water bore, top hammer or DTH drilling
Mechanically minded with basic maintenance capability
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Professional attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and flexible
