Job Summary
A Southern WA hospital is looking for a Senior Medical Officer for Emergency Department/General Practice covering the period from 23/05/2026 to 21/07/2026.
The role includes coverage of multiple blocks throughout the period.
Responsibilities
Attend *********** or ********* ED and inpatient shifts, including some overnight on‐call from ********* with car CAT 1 presentations.
Provide emergency care and general practice services to the hospital and local community.
Work within a 10‐bed acute ward and a 22‐bed residential care facility.
Co‐ordinate with hospital teams to ensure high quality patient care.
Location & Schedule
Fremantle & Inner Southern Suburbs, WA.
Accommodation and travel are provided.
Compensation
Rate: AUD $2,600 per day.
Qualifications & Requirements
Emergency experience essential.
Candidates must be registered with AHPRA and have the Right to Work in Australia.
