Our client a leading commercial business operating across the infrastructure, energy, resources, transport, defence and building and construction sectors is seeking a legal counsel to join its growing legal team.

Responsibilities
n
n
Providing strategic commercial and legal advice on major infrastructure projects across transport, renewables, and resources.
n
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts.
n
Drafting precedent suites of commercial agreements relevant to the infrastructure market.
n
Providing advice on contractual dispute resolution procedures.
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Ideally a minimum of 5-8 years PQE gained either from a renowned private practice or an in‐house organisation.
n




Experience advising on complex transactions, with exposure to project delivery issues.
n
In‐depth understanding of construction law and contracts.
n
Experience with commercial policies and identifying key risks within contracts.
n
Proven ability to manage competing deadlines.
n
A pro‐active and commercial approach to projects and workloads.
n
