Pacific Search Partners is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Manufacturing Head to lead end-to-end production of microbial-based products in regional NSW.
The role combines tight integration of fermentation operations, QA, and compliance to drive scalable, compliant manufacturing.
You will oversee bioreactor operations, implement process improvements, and mentor a cross-functional team across manufacturing, QA and QC in a regulated setting.
